Location and staff were great. The bed and ac were bad. AC was loud and not really comfortable. The bed was hard and uncomfortable with pillows that were flat. The TV lack volume control.

My overall stay was great! The room was really nice and clean. Every single staff member I encountered was super friendly and helpful! Especially the lady that worked the deli counter and three gentlemen that I encountered in the restaurant. Location was also great for being so close to Universal, which is where I was going for HHN. Location was also great in terms of safety. I walked back to the hotel at 3am and felt safe the whole way. Breakfast was also VERY good!!! (Though it sadly wasn't free) And the pool/jacuzzi area was nice! The only fault that I found with the hotel was, their shuttle to Universal departed and arrived only once in the morning and at night. It wasn't running all day. So for me, since I was going to HHN and wouldn't be leaving the park until 2am, I would be too late to catch the shuttle back to the hotel. Thankfully though, there was a Universal resort next door to Best Western that offered back and forth shuttles every few minutes! So I was able to walk over to them (about a 5 minute walk) and use their services. But overall, I was VERY happy with my stay!

I have stayed at this hotel several times and this last stay was unlike the previous ones. Room 641 AC took forever to cool the room down and it was on the coldest setting. The sink by the coffee maker didn’t drain properly nor did the shower. The staff noted my concerns but I hope they fix it. The room overall was clean and quiet despite it being fully booked. The view of the lake from the window was so beautiful I definitely will be staying there again (in a different room).

I travel for work and this is close to my job site. Great staff, great hotel, great price. When booking online there’s a resort fee that you pay at the hotel. It’s not crazy, just not disclosed online. The room was nice, clean, and quiet for the most part. For the price point it’s an excellent hotel in a decent location.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! We just recently stayed and we’re not happy for the community. The price we paid was similar to the comps around. You get more bang for your buck by spending a little bit more and staying at Universal Endless Summer Resorts RIGHT NEXT DOOR. The room was unsanitary, poor conditions, mold and mildew infested… and we even found pubic hair on the toilet seats and in the tub! DO NOT STAY HERE.
