The room was great, hotel was in an excellent location and easily walkable to Broadway. Check in was very easy, hotel kept our bags for us since we had an early flight so we could explore. Bed was very comfortable, AC was ice cold and bathroom was laid out well. Would definitely recommend!!

Did not get the room we paid for. Paid for a king and got 2 queens. What’s the point of a reservation. Tried to make up for it by comping us breakfast but breakfast was awful. No service on the day we needed same and spoke with one of the housekeepers about it.

We were not happy that our room was not cleaned two days in a row. We had do not disturb sign on door til we got back from breakfast then left til mid afternoon. The first day i did tell the maid that we were leaving again at 4:30 but she didn’t seem like she wanted to come back then so I said to just come the following day. They did not come. First time in my travels that something like this happened, especially at the price we were paying. Front desk blamed me basically and wanted to give me a free snack. Not impressed

Clean room. No frills about it but has the essentials. You will have to ask for staff to go above and beyond. Our safe didn’t work nor did some of the lights and this was not fixed during our stay even though it was brought to the attention of the maintenance staff who visited our room. Location is perfect - quiet, and walkable to many attractions in Nashville.
