The room was spotless, breakfast was good. The area was safe, quiet and only 15 minutes to down town. Had a shuttle that dropped off on Broad street and picked you up for a small fee. We diffently stay again

I had a great time staying here. The room was exactly like the pictures. The lobby and pool area were also exactly like the pictures. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was excellent and included with the room. The evening cocktails was very nice to have after all that sightseeing in Nashville. I took their bus shuttle that goes to downtown and it drops you off and you choose when to get picked up _ was so much cheaper then taking an Uber. I traveled alone for the first time and this place was safe and comfortable and exactly what they advertised. 😃✅

The staff at the hotel was excellent! I’ve been to plenty of hotels, and every single member of the group loved the front staff! Their energy, assistance, professionalism and hospitality were all superb! Best staff I’ve ever encountered, keep it up ladies!

At checkin, the staff was a little unprofessional and lackadaisical, but it was also at a busy time of the day. The room was clean and comfortable, but the lavatory countertop space was very limited, and that was just with me traveling; if my wife had been with me, we would have run out of space quickly. I guess the "Club" part of the hotel's name fits, and I realize that it seems Nashville overall is now the partying place. But it has that vibe to it, more of a party and club experience than a comfortable, quiet place to stay (e.g., happy hour, loud partying, etc.). The breakfast was excellent every morning I was there, with a good selection of fresh and hot food, which was perfect for my itinerary and purpose (attending a conference with early-morning start up). I'd stay again, so it wasn't that bad overall.

This hotel goes above and beyond! The staff is excellent, the rooms are very clean, and a bonus was the shuttle they offer to downtown Nashville ($15 a person). They also offer complimentary drinks and apps each night! What a. nice surprise! The breakfast is better than most too. I appreciated the crockpot of fresh oatmeal. The mini fridge was set too cold, so it did freeze everything but I'm sure that can be fixed easily. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It is not extra fancy, but provides everything and more than you need for a comfortable stay in Nashville.

I guess breakfast was healthy I wanted bacon but they didn't have it. The rooms were clean. The staff was nice and friendly and helpful. The balcony was nice and peaceful.
