Our stay exceeding all expectations! The entire property was top notch. The generous surprise of a room upgrade solidified Encore as our favorite Boston Hotel. Floor to ceiling windows looking towards Boston is probably the best view of any room in the city. Our meal at Rare (their premiere steakhouse) will always stand out as one if the best meals of our lives. Everything about the meal was outstanding, especially the service. The Encore is absolutely a 5 Star experience. Highly recommend.

The hotel is wonderful. This is the second time we have stayed. Our one complaint this time would be that the bed needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. The middle was all sunken in and you rolled toward the middle.
