Nice room. Great view. The breakfast could’ve been better and it wasn’t free BUT it was nice to have it as a buffet option. Plenty of food options, fun arcade. It was a great time, I hope to go back again 🙂🙂

Showboat anyone?

It was a comfortable stay, looks understaffed not many to go to for in person Information but the sweet Lady that checked me in was very helpful many of the people working should take after her lead and willing attitude she went above and beyond for me. The room was clean I would stay again my wife loved it….

They allow pets and we were kept up all night due to barking dogs a few rooms away from us and hotel did NOTHING about it …keep all the dog people on the same floor ! Don’t ruin it for the rest of us who want peace and quiet in our hotel rooms…..and kids were also racing up and down the hallway alit if times ……inconsiderate parents , pet owners and SHOWBOAT STAFF

They must've not updated rooms on certain floors. When I stayed here a year ago, I was on the 7th floor and the rooms were new and up to date. This stay my room was on the 21st floor and the room was outdated, even smelled old. Light fixtures barely worked. The sheets on the bed and towels had holes in them. 0/10. Extremely disappointed.
