I paid extra for ocean view, had to sit on the window ledge and look sideways to look over roof tops to look out of dirty, stained windows. Won't recommend!

Room 1647 in the north tower was horrible. Maybe one step above a Motel 6. There were stains all throughout the carpeting in our room. Toilet room door was spotted dirty needed A good wipe down.there was tape on the wall. Near the ceiling,oh n there were cigarette burn marks on the fabric love seat. Come on Hard Rock u gotta do b Better.
